Technical School "Milenko Verkic Nesa" used to be a subsidiary of a technical school in Ruma, and it had just 149 pupils. In 1978, it was listed as "Milenko Verkic Nesa" School of Mechanic Engineering, Science and Mathematics. In 1990 it has become a technical school and since 1994 it has educated and trained future machinists, car mechanics, car-body mechanists, car-body sprayers, locksmiths, toolmakers, tin-smiths, fitters etc. Since 1995 this school offers good four-year courses of economics, law and administration commerce and tourism.

At the moment, 573 pupils are attending this school. There are 49 employees, taking care of the pupils` needs.
